The Estates Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors, whose members who are elected each May in conjunction with the Annual Meeting to fill positions of those with expiring terms.
Nominees for the Board of Directors should be members in good standing with a desire to actively participate in guiding and providing direction for our community.
A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes and copies of the yearly audited financial statement are mailed to all members in advance of the meeting.
